While in Central, be sure to visit Shanghai Tang’s flagship store (Pedder Building, 12 Pedder St.; 852 /2525-7333). The decor itself is worth a look—a combination of classic and contemporary Chinese art—but the clothes, of course, are the main draw: elegant and finely crafted creations with 1930s China–inspired motifs and cuts.
